Paly stuff is crap unless they are going holy. I totally agree that this fits the icc look but comeon? Those goddamn colors suck. Make paly stuff a little more original.
If we could customize our armor it would be great like customize the colors. That way every fuckin prot, holy, or ret paly would look different. Who the hell wants to be in a dress unless they are a caster -.-

My suggestion to Blizzard would be to have the guys that design the green and blue crafted sets take over designing the tier sets. It seems that the designers of the less important greens and blue gear have more creative freedom and almost always come up with more colorful and imaginative pieces.

I agree with most of the statements. Blizzard lost cool points on this one. DK- needs something new I’d say the color is the same crap different day and it does look like lv 55 gear come on.. Rogue’s meh its alright but the helm reminds me of the movie “9″ that just came out not to long ago..hmm Mages- lame.. what I thought would always be kewl with mages since they have 3 different elements make one set glow frost, another fire, another arcane.. and same could be applied to other classes and Tier sets. Example.. Pali’s Prot pali they are the knight and shinning armor so to speak..mm not looking so shinny.. make a prot pali look like a actual holy warrior aka no pants seriously.. show me a plate kilt/skirt i thought the ones blizz snuck in this time were lame still think its lame.. no skirt. Holy pali’s like a Holy priest make them look holy aka Gods cause they are ..they decide if we live or die something white or gold. Locks were meh okay and druids you could do the specialization with them as well. Kitty form have something close to that , tree go green, etc . Getting the hint blizz ..doubtful but we can hope right.. As far as being generic, i would even say better yet, give the warrior gear to the pally it’s more fitting. as far as the colors go, i love the idea of allowing players to customize their gear, FABULOUS IDEA. shoot bliz, you can even make some money this way. allow certain modifications and colors being class dependent.

I have to say, I love the mythical and medival feel of the armors provided by Blizzard. My main is a Ret pally and I have to say I am so not looking forward to having to wear a skirt in the game. There needs to be a more sense of class and gear here. Pallies no matter what spec should be in skirts, that is more of a clothy gear set. Other than that, i would say bliz could even be generic as make pally set like dk just change the colors

from what we have seen before in bc and vanilla wow, blizz has done a lot better with the way the tier looks and even non set epics.
blizz all i can say is u earn 200 mill $ a month, use that money to get people that have some creativity =)

dk tier is ok imo, i think it captures the ‘class look’.
rogue is fine, change the helm tho
pally is retarded, the gear doesn’t match, the colors are terrible and the gear looks like cloth.
shammy is pretty cool
priest is silly, it doesn’t look like t10 it looks like blue set that could drop in a level 40 instance, i think it should be redone
druid is fine; for a tree or boomkin, not for a bear/kitty. re-do the helm, then again u can turn off helm so who cares.
mage is ok, kinda of boring, change the color from green
hunter is ok cept for thoese boots…
warlock is pretty cool, matches the class.
warrior is un original, looks like the gear those blue woman in storm peaks wear.
i think blizz has done ok, i think they are rushing it tho, not putting in enough effort. they rush these patches coz the raids are too easy to clear, new stuff needs to be released or people get bored, make raids harder!

the colors of t10 are all so dark, these colors may fit a class like a rogue, warlock or dk, however not a pally or a preist, these are holy classes they need bright colors.
these are just sketches but i doubt they are going to change much, if u are going to change them at least change the colors of most of the tier.
if u are trying to capture the ICC look make the non-set epics that drop off bosses capture the look not the t10.

Priests: The model is OK at best, but clearly a downgrade from T5 and down, why is it that since T5, every Tier set of priest gear looks like it was made just for Shadow priests, you know healers do like to look the part once in a while!!!
Paladins: They should shine as a beacon of strength and Holy Power!, not look like Warlocks with plate shoulderpads. Drop the skull on the helm and put some pants on the man!
Warriors: Not bad, though I think the color scheme would work much better on the paladins.
Death Knights: Seriously? This is the same outfit they get at lvl 55, can we at least get a color scheme change here? maybe give them the Paladin’s helm…
Hunter: Come up with a better helm, and Blizzard my friend, we have a deal
Druid: Outfit is fine for a boomkin or a tree, but I don’t think it is very fitting for a bear/cat to wear that, maybe some pants?
Mages: Ok, Nice concept, I like it, but the green just doesn’t fit, these are mages, nothing they do is green in any way, replace it with a more… stunning…. blue, and I think it’d be fine.
Rogues and Warlocks: Clearly there’s some favoritism here, these two outfits fit their classes very well, though the rogue does look like something out of a fighting game.
I know that Bliz is trying to go more gloomy with each patch, but still, you have to know that as players progress through the game we want to look and feel more ‘epic’ with each set of armor we replace. It isn’t the lore you have to please here against Deathwing, it is the players, and right now we are clearly not pleased.
Personally I think that the way talents have been worked to date, it really makes a person want to even look different with their sub-talents, IE: A Shadow Priest, should not look the same as a Holy Priest before going into shadow form; Frost Mage VS Fire Mage? get me? Either way, this release of the gear is a total and complete FAIL!!! Back to the drawing board, and this time come up with some things that fit the classes you’re dressing, feel free to add some more bright colors into the mix.

T4 T5 and T6 are by far superior looking armor sets then T7, T8, T9 and now by the looks of it T10 too.
My pally actualy looks prety cool with the mix of T9.5, Ony helm and TOTC25 non set Epics but I do miss the BC days, class gear seemed to represent their nature a little more of that makes sense.

The Pally looks like a caster. Is it plate or cloth? And the priest looks evil. The rogue, what is that? He looks like those jumping things in UP. And they all look alike. You can’t really distinguish the different classes like you used to. I miss the old gear. like T4 or T5. You really could tell the difference in the classes then. Now it’s borring. Also, pick up the colours. Everything is dull blacks and blues. The least you could do is make it visually stimulating for us, get us excited about our new armor. A lot more whites and silvers would be great, bright reds and blues would be epic, so please, please change this. And the constant brown for druids…they have a lot to do with nature, bring that out in them so GO GREEN. And I can’t stress this enough but STOP USING HORNS! IDC WHAT CLASS IT IS JUST STOP!…ugh

Pallys are also the only melée class that show their face. Like we’re saying “ha! I don’t need no stinking grill to cover my face, feel my holy power!”. Seems like a glaring omission to me. We’d look tons cooler with the glowing face cover down instead of it coming out the top of our heads.
