At best this is useful for duels that are meaningless anyway but what would be really good is a guide as to which totems would offer the biggest benefit in arena based on what class combos your up against. That and the fact that it doesn't take into account multiple shaman specs (or multiple specs for other classes, for that matter). I'd say you're a good person to look to for PvP advice for shamans, but, looking at your gear (and judging by your advice here for totem placement), it looks like you're just meeting the bare minimum (only one piece of gear requires you to be above 1350 (the 1450 personal rating Relentless neck).
