“On the 3.3 PTR the glyph vendors give out the starting item for the Quel’Delar quest chain. The vendors are giving out the item for testing purposes and this will not be the actual source as the vendors do not exist on live realms. I completed all the quests up to the quest to enter the 5-man Ice Crown Citadel Instance the “Halls of Reflection.” This is because that 5-man is currently inactive on the PTR. As soon as it is open I will bring you the rest of the quest chain.”
