As many are aware, the below realms were down for extended periods of time from 11/23/2009-11/25/2009 due to some hardware issues. Given that these realms were not playable for this period of time, we will be crediting all accounts that have characters on these realms with 24 hours of game time. This credit will be applied to all affected accounts within the next couple of days. To help avoid confusion, we’ll make a new post to notify you once the credit process is complete for all accounts. At that time, you will be able to check the Account Management page to verify the game time has been successfully added to the account.
