On my warrior tank we had Deprogramming and he died in the first phase even when i turned my back to the npc so i wouldn't swing at him, each time he hit me he lost health. I was tanking him away from the raid. I had clicked thorns off so not sure what killed him. Not sure if this is glitched or if something else killed him.
