You will see much more dps from crit/arp. Popping CDs is different, that's a substantial amount of haste. For my hunter, I pop Rapid fire/Beserking(Troll Racial) when my trinkets/2 or 4 piece T10 proc and it puts me damned close, if not at, the haste cap. Having any haste on my gear at that point would be a waste. So I'll gladly take crit or ArP over haste anyday. Repost:

While I tend to slightly disagree with somethings in here, I feel the only "correction" I would give as a MUST would be the Agility/Crit ratio... just like BC how Blizz nerf'd us from Agil= 2AP down to 1AP, in WotLK they did it again but with Crit... It USED to be 1Agil= 1Crit but now it's 0.552 Crit, so it would take 83.33 Agility to = +1% Crit, where as 45.91 Crit Rating = +1% Crit. But like I said very nice Guide!
