On my realm alliance outnumbers horde, but it's always been like that. Since 3.3 though we lose practically ALL games (well, 9/10) and are lucky if we can have VoA once a day, while we used to win 1/3 or 1/4 of battles. Hordes are increasingly stopping to join, because it's a waste of time if you can only do 1/2 quests and have no access to VoA or pvp gear vendor. For players like me who have some alts and were using Wintergrasp for some gear, honor and raiding - this seems quite unfair. The most numerous faction should be limited: if 20 of one faction get in, not more than like 25 or 30 of the other faction should be accorded entrance. Tenacity does not help at all when you're oiutnumbered 4/1, and even if you gather 10-15 vehicles together, 35 allies defending at the same spot will aoe them through in 20 seconds. I have no idea what happened.

It's gotten to the point where you can go do your WG drop quests during the battle and still win. However if they was to come into the fortress mid game without breaching a wall then they shoul dbe forced to come down the cliff faces near spirit rez in the back.
