I’d always take Arcane Barrage. If Missile Barrage doesn’t proc, then you have to have a way of dumping the Arcane Blast buffs that doesn’t invole sitting there not doing anything… and Arcane Barrage is clearly better dps than Arcane Missiles without Missile Barrage. And there are plenty of occasions where you have to move (no option), so it’s best to have an instant-cast spell for those occasions.

Also, Incanter’s Absorption is now a bit hit and miss, and it’s probably not worth fussing over any more… I’d distribute the points elsewhere.

I agree w/ most except taking slow instead of Abr i have both hitting it on the 5th tick of AM IS a dps increase cause all things equal when i use the rotation ABx4 AM Abr on 5th tick i always out dps other mages even ones that are better geared but you are correct when saying do what feels right

In truth, as long as you’re timing your AB right, you can get three closer to 700 haste. I usually use haste food which puts my haste at around 725 or so. So, if you can find a castbar add on that shows you when you should cast your next AB based on your latency, you can still get 3 out before the 5 sec t10 bonus runs out.
